I’ve been waiting for an app that let’s you mirror your Mac’s screen and apps on your TV that’s connected to an AppleTV over wifi. AirParrot does just that. While you’re at it, check out Reflection.app as well. Made by the same folks, it displays your iPhone or iPad screen on your Mac.
