BRIAN HOFF, Founder
Welcome to The Design Cubicle. My name is Brian Hoff and I’m the founder of this blog. On this website you will find my personal graphic design portfolio (My design services are currently available for hire), as well as a blog focusing on the main subject of graphic design. My passion and experience in the field of graphic design has led me to help educate those in need of design services and other graphic designers alike. The blog articles focus on design tips, articles & resources on all subjects of design, ranging from, but not limited to; print design, web design, logo design, branding, advertising & marketing and more.
I’m a self-employed graphic designer with 8+ years of print, web and logo design experience. My specialties include working in the fields of identity (logo design), print design, web design & development and branding. I typically work with a wide range of clients designing, developing and providing creative direction for small to medium-sized businesses. My portfolio ranges from, but not limited to, logos, brochures, websites, business cards, stationery (letterheads, envelopes, etc) and more.
I currently reside in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, but communicate and work with clients all over the world. I have 8+ years of working design experience and a BFA in Graphic & Interactive Design from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art. I am highly active in the design community and love what I do.
THE BLOG
The Design Cubicle (TDC) was first launched on October 11, 2008 and has taken off ever since. Since the ongoing success of The Design Cubicle, I have focused my design business around it and will be launching the ‘TDC Brand’ within coming months. The blog focuses on all topics of design, creativity and learning; offering free tips, articles and insight into areas that include, but are not limited to, print design, web design, logo design, branding, advertising & marketing and more. While the blog has an overall theme of graphic design it is not solely intended for just designers. My goal is to help educate and enlighten both designers and those interested in hiring professional design services.
THE ‘TDC BRAND’
Since the large success of The Design Cubicle, the TDC Brand (more information coming soon) is an upcoming graphic design company positioned in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; although our work reaches and services fantastic people and business throughout the world.
We believe that design should reflect the essence of a business and see the value & understand the importance of smart, effective design. Quality is a trait we believe firmly in at TDC and will not be compromised. We work closely with our clients, as we understand that no one knows the culture of the business like you.
