I've only really just realised what the Twitter lists are all about. I had 2 days away from twitter this week yet had more then usual followers on those days, couldn't figure out why and asked that question on twitter.

Someone pointed out that I was featured on some lists, since then I've found out I'm on 27 lists, great!

I'm alot more interested in lists now and will be making some myself very soon :-)

Funny, I literally just published a blog post about how I've only just begun using RSS. I didn't address the twitter factor, but have done so previously IRL and on twitter itself.

I don't see RSS dying, but it is sort of a "tech person" standard, rather then a general populous idea akin to Twitter, where everyone, their mother and dog use it!

Thanks Brian! I haven't really gotten into the lists but, with this post I realized how powerful they can be. Especially by sharing niche tweets or something of the like. It should be interesting to see what happens in the future with Twitter Apps supporting this functionality.

I didn't think I would care when lists hit since I use the group feature in Tweetdeck but I was so wrong. Lists are great not only for keeping track of your own followers but also for finding new followers on your friend's lists.

Your Favorite Design Blogs list has me thinking right now. I'm about to launch my portfolio on Arbenting and am relaunching the blog as a freebies blog. I was just going to use my @angbowen account for both but now I'm thinking I should create an account just for the blog.

Thanks for giving me something to think about :)
