I’m planning on a redesign of my own biz card, but its not so easy to get a hold of the whole rounded, wacky shaped ones here! So it looks like just a simple shaped card for me…probably just work with an awesome design! lol

This is excellent, Thank you Brian for this, it’s great exposure to see how international designers are branding themselves. Makes you more competitive in your country. But I think that Africa’s got some designers doing great things using an African aesthetic. Maybe I can pool some together and let you know.

I immediately began scrolling through and admiring so many of these…and was a bit shocked to find mine actually made it as an inclusion! Thanks for letting me be included in such an inspiring group!
there are alot of web designer cards. some of these are great, but some need work.
I like the top one best. So simple, and yet so clever. Although I’m not sure if clients would get it. But other web-designers will.
John Cunningham, and Dave Savage is nice as well. I like it when people dare to stand out. We as designers have a tendency to make things a little too pretty pretty pretty.

Chris Calhoun’s is pretty cool … great idea
These business cards are really cool! But be aware of black business cards. My husband learned that business cards on a black background might be a set back at face-to-face meetings. Someone who takes your card want may want to right down a note to remind them where they met you. It’s very difficult to jot a note on a black card… unless you also give them a silver-ink pen.

Darn it, I missed the deadline ;( Great work everyone!!! It’s great for me to see all my fave tweeple next to their designs. Lets me know a lot about them. Like Grace’s half-card (very eco) and how Antonea is hot for pink. I’m very impressed with Khayyam’s 1975 card as well. Love the combo of red/black and silver man!

Thank for this, I am always intrigued by the business card. I think it says a lot about a person and what they are trying to represent. It’s the first impression of hte business world.

I need some new business cards
Awesome collection, very inspiring. Many I had not seen before. I’m more attracted to the ones that ooze great design as opposed to the gimmicky types. One gripe, where’s my 2by3.5″ real estate of visual goodness.

The very first business card (with the peeled back area featuring code) is very cool.
My least favorite card is the “BAU”. Maybe I’m missing something, but it just isn’t aesthetically pleasing at all to me.

Veu inspirational and there is so much ehre to draw on creatively when conceptualizing my own ideas for cards.
I love the one that’s dark and looks like it has a crease in it, but it’s just the design.

I love them all! I came up with my own unique business card idea at http://www.PromoBills.com. Instead of handing out a regular business card, I can hand out “Million Dollar Bills” with all my contact info. If you like them let me know and I can make them for you too and customize them however you want
oh my lord….. these are by GRAPHIC DESIGNERS???? don’t get me wrong, some of them are amazing and should definately be praised… but some of these look like they were done by 12 year olds…. Andrea La Valleur-Purvis used DIRTY COWBOYS FONT on her car…. might as well have been papyrus or comic sans…. or you could just print “i suck at design” on it and it would send the same message…. why is graphic design so overpopulated by people who just play with photoshop and nothign else and have NO CLUE WHAT GRAPHIC DESIGN IS.
