Recently brought to my attention by Jeff Fisher via a tweet, the Design Cubicle and I were lucky enough to be included among the winter 2008 UCDA Designer Magazine’s ‘resources for bookmarking’. University and College Designers Association(UCDA), which promotes excellence in visual communications for education resources, has more than 1,000 members throughout the United States and Canada.
In addition to offering annual memberships, conferences, job listings and workshops, UCDA publishes a beautiful quarterly trade publication/magazine, which Design Cubicle was honored to be part of for the winter 2008 edition.
The magazine highlights graphic design interviews, portfolios, articles and resources from talented designers, and utilizes beautiful typography, imagery and layout to showcase its content — highly impressed with the production of this publication.
Below you can see photos of the front cover of the magazine and pictures from the inside.

Congratulation!
It’s great that UCDA recognized you. Your blog is a great resource for both beginners and pro’s alike. Keep up the good work
Seraphim,
Thank you so much. Your comment and appreciation means a lot to me.
Matt,
Ah your too kind! You too are a great resource and friend… Thanks for the comment and motivation.
Thanks for the mention! Glad they got a copy of Designer to you. Great exposure for the Design Cubicle. I’ve been on the Editorial Advisory Board of the publication for the last two years as it has evolved into what it is today. My term just expired and I’m really going to miss being a part of such a well-designed magazine for designers.
Yay for being featured!
Thats awesome man! Congrats!
Congrats! Toot your horn, you deserve it!
Jeff,
Thanks for pointing out the feature on Twitter. I really appreciate it, without you I would have never known. When I received the copies they sent out my first impression was how well the magazine was produced and designed. Thanks!
