		<description>When I first went to this post I thought this was going to be about some sort of Photoshop layer meant to simulate a traditional print finish. But low and behold the real thing, die cuts, gloss varnish, blind embossing.

These techniques are what differentiates a client&#039;s piece in the marketplace and if they can see the value in that, you will help them get past the cheaper is better mentality. 

Great post for everyone who deals with the professional print job! Very much needed, thanks for the loving descriptions of the craft.</description>
